Our response
A new information architecture built from user behaviour analysis and priority content mapping: online services, calls for applications, administrative acts and institutional communication. An interface designed for clarity, accessibility and visual coherence, developed on Liferay CMS within the regional convention for websites of Tuscan public administrations.
From analysis to design: a coherent digital ecosystem
The redesign of the regional portal involved a complete revision of the information architecture, with particular attention to content hierarchy and ease of navigation. UX/UI design focused on creating fast-access pathways to the most in-demand services, while visual design strengthened the institutional identity through functional and professional graphics compliant with digital service design guidelines for the public sector.
Liferay for integrated, scalable management
The site was built on Liferay, an enterprise platform that guarantees robustness, security and integration with regional systems. Implementation was carried out within the RTI partnership between Net7, TAI Software Solution, Engineering Ingegneria Informatica and Elite Informatica, ensuring a homogeneous technology ecosystem for all Tuscany Region portals and local bodies, hosted on the Sistema Cloud Toscana (SCT) for maximum reliability and regulatory compliance.
