Our response
A robust web platform built with Laravel, with a clear interface and advanced administrative tools for applications and rankings. A ChatGPT API-based chatbot with Elasticsearch indexing, delivering precise, rapid answers to facilitate access to information on orientation initiatives.
A user-centred digital experience
The OrientaMenti portal was designed to simplify access to key content: applications, initiatives, events, news and video materials. The information architecture ensures clear, orderly navigation, while the interface built with Bootstrap Italia follows mobile-first principles and AgID guidelines for high usability and accessibility standards. Visual communication was crafted to reinforce orientation and engagement.
Laravel, security and an AI chatbot
The platform is built with Laravel 11.x on an Nginx server with PHP 8.2.x and a MariaDB database, ensuring high performance and stability. Laravel Sanctum manages sessions and API tokens with role-based access controls protected by SSL/TLS encrypted communications. The integrated chatbot uses ChatGPT API and Elasticsearch indexing to deliver immediate and precise answers on FAQs, calls for applications and official documents, enhancing the user experience.
