The goal
Transform the ARTI portal into an accessible, functional digital space capable of orienting citizens, workers and companies through employment services, job opportunities, European programmes and initiatives for equality and inclusion. Build an information architecture that makes job offers, calls for applications, public notices and support tools for protected categories, the unemployed and businesses seeking staff immediately accessible.
Our response
A digital platform structured around different target audiences — jobseekers, companies, protected categories and Employment Centre operators — with clear navigation paths and a responsive interface optimised for every device. An integrated ecosystem combining traditional services with innovative tools such as the AI chatbot “Chiedilo a me”, bringing employment services closer and making them easier to understand.

Information architecture for diverse audiences
The ARTI site was designed to address the needs of different target groups: those looking for work, those offering opportunities and those needing access to services for protected categories. The UX is built on a goal-based access system — “find a job”, “hire staff”, “access services” — that guides users to relevant information without distraction. The UI adopts a clean design with clearly identifiable sections through institutional colours, functional icons and prominent calls-to-action. Integration with the regional portal “me.toscana.it” reinforces the coherence of Tuscany Region’s digital ecosystem, ensuring continuity in the user experience.

An editorial model for distributing ARTI content
Communication via newsletter on me.toscana follows a structured editorial model, designed to showcase ARTI’s information and reach recipients clearly and in a targeted way. The process includes content planning, concise text production, the creation of graphic elements consistent with the institutional identity and full management of distribution. Newsletters are addressed to specific audiences and personalised by territory and topic of interest, ensuring relevant and targeted content. These become an effective tool for informing and updating citizens, businesses and operating bodies, integrating into the regional digital ecosystem and strengthening ARTI’s institutional presence.
