Net7 celebrates 25 years at Internet Festival 2026: artificial intelligence meets contemporary art

The Pisa-based company is a sponsor and technical partner of IF2026, with a chatbot developed for the Festival. Francesco Moretti’s exhibition pays tribute to Net7’s twenty-five years with around ten sculptures and the interactive installation DO NOT FEED THE ANIMAL, for which the company provided technical support. Vernissage on 9 October at 6.30pm at the Centro Congressi Le Benedettine.

Pisa, September 2026 — Net7 takes part in Internet Festival 2026 as technical partner, making available to the public and to the organisers the expertise built up over twenty-five years of work in technology, design and communication.
The company’s presence at Internet Festival grows out of a concrete proximity: Net7 is based in Pisa and works with businesses and institutions to turn complex objectives into measurable digital products and experiences. It does so by combining web development and artificial intelligence solutions, digital architectures, accessibility, user research, interface design and communication.
Being a partner of the Festival means bringing that method into a place that follows the evolution of digital society closely and debates its opportunities, its limits and its responsibilities.

Twenty-five years of Net7, between technology and a critical eye

The decision to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary with an exhibition comes from the long-standing relationship between Net7 and Francesco Moretti, and from a wish to tell the company’s story in a language that brings together creativity, innovation and attention to the human dimension. The choice of IF2026 as the setting is rooted in Net7’s DNA too: for twenty-five years the company has worked on digital in Pisa, integrating technology, design and communication. The Festival is where the city examines and debates digital society — its opportunities, its limits, its responsibilities. Company and festival therefore share the same field of enquiry: how technologies alter people’s behaviour, relationships and expectations. Moretti’s installation puts that question in front of the public, turning technology from an instrument into an object of critical observation. For Net7 this way of looking is part of everyday work: designing digital means understanding its impact on people, not only its performance.

“Celebrating our twenty-five years at Internet Festival has a precise meaning for us,” says Federico Ruberti, CEO of Net7. “It is where Pisa debates the opportunities, limits and responsibilities of digital society — the same questions we deal with every day when we design platforms, artificial intelligence solutions and communication campaigns for businesses and institutions. Francesco Moretti’s work asks us to look at technology with a critical eye, and that way of looking is part of our method: designing digital means understanding its impact on people, not only its performance. With the chatbot developed for the Festival, we are putting this expertise at the service of the public.”

A chatbot for IF2026

Net7 takes part in Internet Festival 2026 as sponsor and technical partner with a chatbot developed to reinforce the Festival’s digital tools and make information easier for the public to reach. Pascal is the AI chatbot built specifically for Public Administration and for public and institutional bodies, designed to simplify communication and improve the experience of citizens.
For Net7, the Festival is a cultural stronghold that matters to the city and to the country, and a place to bring its own method and expertise.
